The Northstar Church Internship Program exists to raise up passionate, Spirit-led leaders who desire to grow in their relationship with Jesus, develop ministry leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience serving in the local church.
This internship is designed to equip young leaders through practical ministry involvement, biblical discipleship, mentorship, leadership development, and active participation in the mission and life of Northstar Church.
Interns will serve alongside pastors, staff, and ministry leaders in a wide variety of ministry environments while being intentionally discipled and developed personally, spiritually, and practically.
At Northstar Church, interns are not simply extra volunteers — they are intentionally invested in, discipled, equipped, and given opportunities to grow. We desire to create an environment where emerging leaders can develop confidence, character, spiritual depth, and practical ministry experience while discovering God’s calling on their life.
